Conference Theme
Every year at HPAIR’s in-person Harvard Conference and our flagship Virtual Conference, we tackle a different key issue affecting our collective futures. This year, our conference theme is Generational Transitions: Passing the Torch, Paving the Way.
In 2025, as our world undergoes a multitude of demographic, political, and cultural changes, a new generation of young people is stepping up to take responsibility. At VCONF, we want to highlight the monumental questions arising from these trends. What role do intergenerational collaboration and innovation play as we enter a new age of leadership in Asia and beyond? How should we merge tradition with progress to build the brightest future possible?
From politics to business to STEM to the arts, we will explore how leaders across global sectors are navigating the generational transitions transforming our world.
Apply to VCONF today to learn how the leaders of today and tomorrow are uniting across generations to spark innovation and ignite change.

Our goal at delegate engagement sessions is to facilitate network building among VCONF attendants. Delegates will get the chance to meet each other, expand their network, and make connections that last a lifetime.
Furthermore, the team behind HPAIR will also introduce itself and engage with delegates on a personal level, answering every HPAIR or Harvard-related question one might have.

Through HPAIRX we want to give delegates the chance to shine. Every delegate may submit an optional supplement in which they detail a topic they are particularly passionate about. We will select a small number of delegates who were able to most convingly bring across their passion. This small group will be invited on our virtual stage to give a speech about their area of passion to all delegates attending VCONF.
